Dear Guardian/Family:
Our recent changes to visitation protocol due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) remain in place, but we wanted to inform you that an exception will be made for compassionate care in an end of life situation. On a case by case review, in this limited circumstance, visitors will need to contact the facility prior to visitation. Visitors will be subject to a COVID-19 screening process.
We understand you may be frustrated and concerned regarding our recent visitation changes. Please know, we remain dedicated to the well-being and safety of your loved one. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to navigate this unprecedented situation.
